Emery Bros. was established as a Building Contracting Business in 1947 by three brothers, George Arnold Emery, Lewis Emery and Brian Emery. Since that time the firm has carried out all kinds of building work and is now trading as Emerys of Bath, and is owned and operated by a further two generations of the Emery family. The Company has slowly expanded over the past 50 plus years, and employs many experienced and skilled craftsmen and tradesmen. The present workforce is approximately 70 directly employed operatives, many of whom have worked with the Company for more than 15 years. Our offices, yard and joinery shop are situated close to the centre of Bath, where, together with the surrounding area, we carry out the majority of our work, much of which includes the restoration and refurbishment of listed buildings, although we do undertake a substantial quantity of new building work. Our small works department undertakes contracts from £25 in value, and our main contracting division is able to accommodate contracts up to £4m. Our joinery shop specialises in the manufacture of bespoke joinery. The Company has good professional management, is highly competitive, and our policy is to provide service and satisfaction with excellent quality control to our customers. | | DIRECTORS AND CONSULTANTS | | | |
